Platinum Wedding Package
This package is designed for the busy/hands off Bride who needs "all-inclusive" assistance with her dream wedding. We will handle ALL of the wedding details. This combines the benefits of all of the packages along with other benefits such as unlimited consultations to create the Bride's dream wedding day vision, budget management, vendor recommendations and selections, contract negotiations, itineraries, and assistance with the rehearsal dinner if needed. This package will provide the Bride with assurance that her dream day will be organized, on schedule, on budget, and as STRESS FREE as possible! This is our most popular package with today's Brides who require a work/life balance.
Diamond Wedding Package
This package is designed for the Bride who needs assistance with planning as well as "Day of" services. It combines the benefits of the Crystal Package along with the benefits of the Pearl package to offer the best of guidance right up to the honeymoon. Included in this combined package are monthly checklists, timely reminders, and attendance to up to a minimum of 3 vendor meetings with contract review. As this is our second most popular choice, it provides the Bride with assurance that the details of her dream wedding will be kept organized, on schedule, and on budget.
Crystal Wedding Package
This package is designed for the Bride who has already planned her dream wedding and is in need of basic coordination and assistance at the rehearsal and ceremony. It includes a minimum of two consultations, ceremony itinerary, wedding emergency kit, rehearsal and ceremony attendance with full focus on guiding the wedding party smoothly down the isle. This package will take the STRESS away from the officiant , wedding party, family, and/or friends with the assurance that we are completely dedicated to making sure the wedding ceremony flows elegantly.
Pearl Wedding Package
This package is designed
for the bride who is need of "Day Of" services. It includes a minimum
of two consultations, six week checklist, vendor confirmation 4 weeks
prior, vendor check-in 2 weeks prior to re-confirm and furnish itinerary
and maps, review room arrangements (if applicable) and seating charts
if required. It also includes informing correct parties of payments due
to vendors upon delivery, attendance and direction at rehearsal, supervision of
ready rooms for the bride, groom, and their parties, meetings with all vendors
at ceremony and reception sites, provide set up instructions to vendors upon
arrival, supervise reception and coordinate events if
required, handle any pertinent wedding emergencies that may arise, and
provide a wedding emergency kit for small needs during the day. Our
primary focus will be making your wedding day as STRESS FREE as possible.
